Research
I build the algorithmic and computational infrastructure that makes large multimodal data usable for discovery, developing representation learning frameworks and open systems that align, register, and synthesize structure across imaging and related modalities. Central question: How can learning algorithms and infrastructure be co-designed to turn complex data into interpretable and actionable insight for scientific discovery?
